GentleMax Pro™ is a state of the art FDA-approved dual platform laser made by one of the industry’s leaders, Syneron Candela. The GentleMax Pro™ uses a 755nm Alexandrite laser and a 1064nm Nd:YAG laser, allowing a wide range of treatment options.

The GentleMax laser treatment system is optimal for skin tightening, and is a preferred method of skin tightening for patients who want to avoid injections or cosmetic surgery.
Laser skin treatment for skin tightening works by heating the dermis (the second and largest skin layer), which stimulates collagen and elastin growth.
Many patients can tolerate the process very well. This procedure does not require any form of numbing medication before or after. The laser is pulsed so rapidly that it causes only a mild stinging sensation. To ease discomfort, the laser uses a patented cooling system that sprays cryogen to deeply cool the top layer of your skin before and after each and every pulse of the laser.
You may shave the area to be treated the day before treatment, but it’s advised not to pluck or wax before or after your GentleMax Pro treatments begin. Also please make the aesthetician or medical provider aware of any medications that you have taken such as antibiotics, topical skin medications, or any breaks or injuries to the skin that is going to be lasered.
