United States Immigration Exams
- Full exam, including labs and immunizations if needed
- Not covered by insurance
- Medical records must be translated into English - bring these to your exam
- Bring form I-693
Dr. Youssef is a US Civil Surgeon and can conduct your full medical exam and other requirements that you will need.
Please bring a copy of your medical records to your appointment. This includes medical history and immunization records. All records must be translated into English and notarized.
Immigration exams are not covered by insurance.
