Najwa Saleh is an accomplished family nurse practitioner and began her experience in healthcare in 2002. She has over 20 years of healthcare experience. Her experience ranges from office, school, hospital (Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago), urgent care, aesthetics, and home-based care settings. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Purdue University in Calumet, Indiana and then earned her Master of Science degree at the Governors State University in University Park, Illinois. She holds two national board certifications with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner and certified pediatric nurse. Najwa is an active member of several professional organizations; including the Illinois Nurses Association and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing. Her areas of interest include family medicine with a subspecialty in women and children’s health. She strives to improve access to healthcare in underserved populations.
